Thank you for choosing Egens Theme as your theme development agency. We work to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:

Please note that refunds cannot be processed for purchases made:

  • More than 180 days ago for supported items
  • More than 30 days ago for unsupported items, particularly for products not downloaded within the last 30 days.

Before making a purchase, inquire the refund policy

If you have purchased an item from our Egens Theme web template bank and you are experiencing a technical issue with the item, we recommend that you contact our support team and seek assistance. Often, we’ll be able to help troubleshoot your problem.

Asking for refunds

We acknowledge that occasionally we might be unable to resolve your issue, or certain situations may necessitate a refund. In this case, here are the circumstances under which we would consider providing a refund as per our refund policy:

  • The item does not match its description or does not function as expected.
  • The item possesses a security vulnerability.
  • Promised item support is not delivered.
  • The item has not been downloaded.
  • Seeking assistance to resolve disputes.

The item does not match its description or does not function as expected

If something you bought doesn’t work properly, we’ll quickly update it to fix the problem. If what you received is significantly different from what was described or shown, you can get a refund from Egens Theme if we can’t fix it.

The item possesses a security vulnerability

If there’s a problem with the item, Egens Theme will update it quickly to fix it. If there’s a security vulnerability issue and that isn’t fixed promptly, then you can get a refund as per our refund policy for the item.

Promised item support is not delivered

If Egens Theme promises support for our item, or if you buy an extension for support, you’re entitled to receive that support. If you don’t get the support as promised, we’ll refund the cost of the item or the support extension you purchased as per our policy. However, please note that unused support extensions cannot be refunded.

The item has not been downloaded

If you haven’t downloaded a purchased item within 30 days of buying it, you might qualify for a refund. You’ll need to provide your purchase code to verify that you haven’t downloaded it. While we think 30 days is fair, if your local consumer laws give you more time, we’ll honor that.

Seeking assistance to resolve disputes

If you’re unable to reach an agreement on a refund policy, you can escalate the issue for investigation. We might ask for proof or documentation to support your claim. However, any refund granted is at our discretion. We’ll carefully consider all available information, and our decision will be final. Please note that disputes for purchases older than 180 days won’t be accepted.

We’re only obligated to issue refunds in certain cases, as outlined below:

  • You no longer want the item after downloading it.
  • The item didn’t meet your expectations, or you found it of low quality.
  • You’ve simply changed your mind.
  • You made a mistaken purchase.
  • You lack the necessary expertise to use the item.
  • You claim a refund without providing sufficient information.
  • You can’t access the item because it’s been removed; we advise downloading items promptly to avoid this.
  • Your purchase is older than 180 days for supported items or 30 days for unsupported items.

Refund Exceptions

  • Refunds will not be issued for installation or customization services.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that have been misused or damaged.
